Job Brief

The AOC Plans Master Air Attack Planning Chief is responsible for managing the operation of advanced communications, detection, and weapons systems essential for effective control of air, ground, and naval operations. This role requires significant experience in military operations, emergency planning, and coordination of multi-service response teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise in military systems, and the ability to evaluate critical command center information for high-level military reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Formulate and implement comprehensive emergency plans for natural and wartime disasters.
  • Coordinate emergency response teams and agencies to ensure rapid and effective action during crises.
  • Evaluate command center information to assess the need for high-level military and government reporting.
  • Oversee the operation of surveillance and detection systems to support situational awareness and tactical decision-making.
  • Provide technical information and advice on capabilities, operational readiness, and system integration.
  • Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to ensure precision and effectiveness in mission execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Military Science, Defense Studies, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in military operations, planning, or related roles.
  • Expertise in air, ground, and naval operational systems and their integration.
  • Strong understanding of emergency management principles and crisis response procedures.
  • Proficiency in command and control systems, surveillance technologies, and weapons systems.
