Job Brief
As an AOC Operations Time Sensitive / Critical Targeting Officer Chief, you will oversee the management and operation of crucial communication, detection, and weapon systems that are vital for the synchronization of air, ground, and naval operations. This role demands extensive experience in military operations, strategic planning, and emergency response coordination. You will leverage your expertise to ensure operational readiness, implement emergency plans, and provide critical technical guidance to ensure mission success in both natural and wartime scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize communication links between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure seamless operational execution.
- Formulate and implement emergency plans for natural disasters and wartime situations.
- Coordinate and direct emergency response teams and agencies to ensure effective disaster management.
- Evaluate command center information and determine the necessity for high-level military and government reporting.
- Operate and manage surveillance and detection systems to enhance situational awareness.
- Provide technical information and advice regarding capabilities and operational readiness to command staff.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to support mission objectives.
- Ensure compliance with military protocols and procedures during all operational activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in military operations, particularly in air, ground, and naval systems management.
- Strong background in emergency response planning and execution.
- Expertise in communications, detection, and weapons systems management.
- Ability to evaluate and synthesize complex information for high-level reporting.
- Familiarity with surveillance and detection technologies and operational protocols.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills in high-pressure environments.
