Job Brief
The AOC Operations Special Operations Officer plays a critical role in managing the operation of communication, detection, and weapons systems essential for coordinating air, ground, and naval operations. Responsibilities
- Manage critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure seamless operational coordination.
- Formulate and implement emergency plans for both natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Coordinate emergency response teams and relevant agencies during crises.
- Evaluate command center information to assess operational needs and support high-level reporting requirements.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance and detection systems to enhance situational awareness.
- Provide technical information and expert advice on capabilities and operational readiness.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to ensure precision and efficiency.
- Conduct regular assessments and training to maintain team and system readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as military science, operations management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in military operations or a related role.
- Proficient in operating and managing advanced communication and weapons systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in crisis management and emergency response planning.
- Ability to evaluate and synthesize complex information from command centers.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for coordinating with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with military standards and protocols related to operations and emergency management.
- Relevant certifications in operational management or emergency response are a plus.
