Job Brief
The Offensive Operations Officer is responsible for managing the integral operations of communications, detection, and weapons systems that are essential for controlling air, ground, and naval operations. Responsibilities
- Manage critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces to ensure seamless operational coordination.
- Formulate and implement emergency plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Coordinate the activities of emergency response teams and agencies during crises.
- Evaluate and analyze command center information to support high-level military and government reporting.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of surveillance and detection systems.
- Provide technical advice regarding capabilities, operational readiness, and system performance.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to ensure effective mission execution.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Military Science, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in military operations or defense strategy roles.
- Proven expertise in communications systems, surveillance technology, and emergency response planning.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to operate under pressure.
- Familiarity with military command structures and protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant certifications in military operations or emergency management preferred.
