Responsibilities

  • Operate and supervise rides and attractions, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas, including rides and concession stands.
  • Schedule and coordinate the use of recreational facilities for groups and events.
  • Provide equipment and supplies for various sporting events and recreational activities.
  • Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with park rules and regulations.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales at concessions.
  • Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and safety standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in customer service or recreation preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and operational procedures for amusement rides.
  • Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and transactions.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
