Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure or certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in addiction counseling or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of addiction treatment modalities and recovery principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other counseling software.
