Job Brief

The Airborne Radio Operator/In Flight Refueling Observer/Loadmaster plays a crucial role in executing in-flight operations to ensure the successful completion of combat, reconnaissance, transport, and search and rescue missions. Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain aircraft communications and detection systems, establishing satellite linkages and countering enemy communications.

  • Manage and control aircraft weapons and defensive systems to safeguard mission integrity.
  • Oversee in-flight refueling operations, ensuring safe and efficient transfer of fuel.
  • Execute aircraft safety and emergency procedures to maintain crew and passenger safety.
  • Compute and verify weight and balance data for passengers, cargo, fuel, and emergency equipment.
  • Facilitate cargo and personnel drops while adhering to established protocols and safety measures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional military training or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Airborne Radio Operator, Loadmaster, or related position.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft systems, including communications, weapons, and refueling operations.
  • Certification in aircraft safety and emergency procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with crew members and ground personnel.
