Job Brief
The Airborne Operations role is critical for executing successful combat, reconnaissance, transport, and search and rescue missions. Responsibilities
- Perform in-flight duties to support combat, reconnaissance, transport, and search and rescue missions.
- Operate aircraft communications and detection systems, including satellite linkages and jamming capabilities.
- Conduct preflight, in-flight, and postflight inspections of onboard equipment for operational readiness.
- Maintain and operate aircraft weapons and defensive systems to ensure mission effectiveness.
- Execute aircraft safety and emergency procedures to safeguard crew and passengers.
- Compute and verify weight and balance data for passengers, cargo, fuel, and special equipment.
- Conduct cargo and personnel drops according to mission requirements.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience in airborne operations or related aviation roles.
- Technical proficiency in operating aircraft communication, detection, and weapons systems.
- Strong understanding of aircraft safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Ability to perform weight and balance computations accurately.
- Valid pilot or aircrew certification, as required for specific aircraft operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Willingness to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to changing mission requirements.
