Job Brief
As an Air Intercept Controller Supervisor, you will oversee the operation of communications, detection, and weapons systems critical for air, ground, and naval operations. Responsibilities
- Manage operations of communications, detection, and weapons systems for air and ground forces.
- Coordinate communication links between air, naval, and ground units to ensure seamless operations.
- Formulate and implement emergency response plans for both natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Evaluate command center information and prepare high-level military and government reports.
- Oversee the operation of surveillance and detection systems to monitor airspace and ground activity.
- Provide technical advice on capabilities, operational readiness, and system improvements.
- Direct operations for weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems.
- Manage and coordinate emergency response teams and agencies during critical situations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in military operations or air traffic control with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of air, ground, and naval tactical operations and systems.
- Expertise in communications, detection, and weapons targeting systems.
- Ability to formulate strategic plans and manage crisis situations effectively.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with multiple military branches.
- Relevant certifications in military operations or air traffic control preferred.

- Ability to work in high-pressure environments while maintaining operational efficiency.
