  • Conduct pre-flight checks and briefings to ensure cargo is managed appropriately during flight.
  • Assist passengers with safety and emergency procedures as required.
  • Collaborate with airline operations and logistics teams to streamline cargo handling processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in air cargo operations or related field, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of cargo handling procedures, safety regulations, and logistics management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Ability to perform detailed calculations for aircraft loading and weight distribution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective coordination and reporting.
  • Certification in air cargo handling or related safety training is highly desirable.
