Job Brief
As an Air Battle Manager, you will oversee the operation of vital communications, detection, and weapons systems necessary for effective air, ground, and naval operations. Responsibilities
- Manage critical communication links between air, naval, and ground forces to facilitate coordinated military operations.
- Formulate and implement emergency response plans for natural disasters and wartime scenarios.
- Coordinate emergency response teams and agencies to ensure effective crisis management.
- Evaluate command center information and prepare high-level military and government reports.
- Operate and manage surveillance and detection systems to maintain situational awareness.
- Provide technical information and advice on operational capabilities and readiness.
- Direct the operation of weapons targeting, firing, and launch computer systems to support mission objectives.
- Conduct training and simulations to ensure team proficiency and readiness in various operational scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Military Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in air battle management, military operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of communication, detection, and weapons systems.
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in crisis management and emergency response coordination.
- Familiarity with military protocols and operational procedures.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Certifications in military operations or related technical fields are a plus.
