Job Brief

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid certification or licensure in counseling or social work (e.g., LCSW, LPC).
  • Proven experience in counseling, particularly with populations affected by HIV/AIDS.
  • Strong knowledge of HIV/AIDS-related issues, treatment options, and community resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and case management software.
