Responsibilities

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of legal experience in litigation or corporate law.
- Strong negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Experience with compliance issues and regulatory matters is a plus.
