Job Brief
The Adult Literacy Instructor plays a vital role in enhancing the educational skills of out-of-school youths and adults. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience teaching adult learners or in a similar educational setting strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and effective instructional strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse student populations.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.
- Certification in Adult Education or ESL instruction is a plus.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
