Left a review from my business account last week. Leaving an updated review from my personal account as this company is in debt to me $4875 after fraudulently & deceptively cashing a check twice. I have reported them to the FTC, have an investigation open with my bank, and am waiting for a response from the owner to see if they make any attempt to resolve it.
See screenshots. The first screenshot is from my bank. The second screenshot is proof I am waiting for the owner to resolve this prior to filing legal action. The additional screenshots are from my first review & Rick’s response to it.
UPDATE: After this escalation today, Rick did return my call, apologize, and wired my funds back to my account.

I want to start by saying that i do not regret picking up the phone that day when Larry called me to offer his service to the company i work. I truly enjoy working with Larry because he is very transparent, knowledgeable, relatable, kind and able to coach on how to proceed with certain accounts i deal with when it comes to collection. I can honestly say that he has our company’s best interest at heart. He ALWAYS follow up to provide updates on progress that he’s making on those accounts. Truly, one of the best. I would recommend this company for any collection matter with no doubt.

Richard James & Associates has been amazing to work with. We started working with Richard James & Associates during the pandemic in 2021. Larry Earl and his team have been instrumental in achieving outstanding results for our company.
