Wonderful company. This is a family owned business & the owner Jina is a nurse and mother. She has done the dirty work and knows the ins and outs of what it is like to work hard and provide care for others. Jina truly cares about all of her staff and the medical facilities she works with. The experience you get with Island Nurse Staffing is incomparable to a big company because it is so personalized, whereas bigger companies are more cut and dry and do not truly care for your business. I would recommend Jina and Island Nurse Staffing to any CNA, Med Tech, LPN or RN looking for a work place that truly wants to see them succeed, as well as any medical facility that wants a staffing agency who will really do their best to fill their needs and provide them with excellent staff.
