We recently had a flooring replacement with Integricon. It was recommended by TD Insurance due to a water damage claim. We did get two options, one is to work with TD Insurance recommended construction team to get work done, another option is to take money from Insurance claim and find construction team ourselves. We ended up choosing Integricon instead of looking for contractor ourselves. I am SOOOO glad that we get to work with Integricon. Everything went super smoothly, from Brittney Veilleux, the project manger, to Matt Masse, the project coordinator, they did a wonderful job with professionalism, always punctuate for on site meetings, very fast at replying text and emails, proactively to provide status updates etc, they definitely provide a 5 start service to customers. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely recommend this company to anyone I know!!! Thanks again, Matt and Brittney!!!

I experienced water leakage from washroom sink which damaged my entire floor.
Integricon Property Restoration and Construction took the emergency action immediately. They inspected and assessed the situation and took the appropriate remediation steps to renovate my floor. Keith responded promptly to address all the inquiries I had and coordinated with the insurance company and the condo management to ensure everything was completely in timely manner. He also took care of finalizing the renovation by addressing minor adjusments swiftly.
I greatly appreciate Keith and Integricon Property Restoration and Construction for their wonderful service and recommend them if anyone experiences damages to their place.

We recently had some sections of our ceiling and walls repaired due to ice damming, and the work was completed by Integricon—a company recommended by Aviva Insurance following a water damage claim. We were presented with two options: to either use the construction team recommended by Aviva or receive the claim payout and find a contractor independently. We chose to proceed with Integricon rather than sourcing a contractor on our own.
While the project had a slow start due to some administrative delays on the insurance side, I’m very pleased that we chose Integricon in the end. The entire experience was excellent. Meena Magar, the project manager, and her team were professional, reliable, and efficient throughout the process. They were always on time for site visits, quick to respond to messages and emails, and consistently kept us informed with timely updates.
I’m very satisfied with the results and would gladly recommend Integricon to others. Thank you again for a job well done!
