I had 2 contracts with Innovent and I have to say Im more than satisfied. My recruiter Amanda H. is heaven sent and is simply the best. She is big with communication, very responsive and she takes good care of her nurses too, not just at the beginning but throughout the duration of the assignment. I always appreciate how she checks up on you to see if everything is doing OK with the assignment. I also appreciate the loyalty program the company have! That one is a big plus too. Looking forward for another contract with them soon!

I’ve done 3 contracts with Innovent as a dialysis RN. I’ve also received a referral bonus with no hassle. My recruiter Josiah is the best! He listens and submits me for assignments based on what my needs are at that time. Kerifa is also amazing with reminders, keeping paperwork up to date, and just generally a great go to for help. Honestly, the entire team is wonderful. I have no complaints. I’m already planning my next 4 assignments for 2022.
