Tried to utilize a coupon mailed to me from GC yesterday -at the Brundage location- but was told the wait time would be an hour. I said I’ll come back the next day. Was told by a chick with too many tattoos standing behind the counter that they will close “at 3[pm]” that day.
No problem, I thought, as I get out of work around 230pm anyway.
The next day, having seen online around noon they were not doing check ins, and that walk ins were welcome, I figured I had planned it just right.
Not so, the fine folks at GC on Brundage replied without saying as much. Having clocked out of work after putting in some OT, I headed to GC and arrived some 12 minutes early before 3pm. “Score!”, I assumed, since the inside appeared empty and the online tracker showed less than a five minute wait. However the chick with way too many tattoos thwarted me again, telling me they were “booked” and that they were closing, if not already closed. Keep in mind it was not 3pm and the inside appeared empty. Rather than argue with the chick with too many tattoos, I realized they didn’t really want my business after all and exited.
Instead, I’ll be going to a place I’ve been before and know they’ll do a good job: it’s called The Office located on Main Street and it’s owned by a US military vet too. Plus, unsightly tattoos are nowhere to be found!
