I just contacted HS for help installing new door sensor batteries for the first time and had a great experience with Stephen. He was patient as he walked me through the steps of the process and made sure the system was up and running correctly.

Service is super responsive even with little things like a sensor replacement. Our tech did a great job explaining app and features. Made transition to smart system easy for us newbies.

His knowledge and skills were so obvious! Brian let us know exactly what he was doing and then gave us an amazing demonstration to explain every nuance of arming/disarming, use of cameras, everything!! We have never felt this truly safe and secure in our home! The service, caring, personal rapport, professionalism, technical knowledge/skills were exemplary and almost a bit overwhelming…. we were told by another client that we would be VERY pleased, but honestly we’re blown away!! Also, please know how much we appreciate the kindness and commitment to service demonstrated by the professionals who answered my phone calls.
