**EDITED PER 1st REPLY OF MANAGER** We did recieve the email confirmation of the rental which clearly states: “Let the driver know you are picking up your rental car with Green Motion. In the covered parking area near the Electric Charging stations, next to the White Office Trailer in Row A spaces 1 or 2. The vehicle will be parked in a Reserved Spot. If you need further assistance please call 720-727-1369.” Implying that the vehicle would be parked in the lot for a pickup much like Turo. This is misleading, and deceptive. Per Expedia, the rental car is to be available 2 hours on either side of the reservation time, which my brother in law was within that 2 hour window. As a business owner, one would think you would have some understanding to what you have done with the misleading reservation and have the smarts to refund us the amount charged due to this deceptive act. Most of your responses to patrons are that they are all lying. I can only hope enough people will be smart enough to read the negative reviews and not rent from your company unless you make things right. **ORIGINAL REVIEW**Greenmotion left my brother in law stranded when he arrived in Colorado. When he arrived at the lot where instructed per the email confirming there was no one at the white trailer and no information on how he could get his car. We called multiple times to ask how to get his car and no one answered, even when it was before 7:00pm -the posted business hours. The shuttle driver had no answer for him. My brother in law was left with no rental car and had to get a shuttle back to the airport to a hotel to get a rental the following day. I requested a refund for the charge through Expedia but they are telling me Greenmotion is denying the refund claiming “the booking is non-refundable”. I will be making a claim to the better business bureau if Greenmotion does not refund the fee for a vehicle that was not there nor the company available by phone for guidance and support. I will update this review if Greenmotion does the right thing and refunds my fee. If not, I hope that Expedia drops them so this never happens to anyone else ever again.

It was a great experience, I strongly recommend to rent with Green Motion. I’ve rented for almost one month in Colorado and I’ve got good rate and the car is pretty new and comfortable. All the process was easy and the staff was very kind, quick and careful. Xavier was the sales person and was 10! The pickup at the airport also was very well. I’ll rent again, for sure.

Let’s talk about a scam. Do not for any reason, even desperation and the supposedly cheap price, book with this company. This place was a little sketch from the moment we arrived. We had booked on a third party rental site for what seemed like a reasonable price. We booked with the sole intention of using the car to travel from the Denver airport to Wyoming in order to see family. When reading the listing online it was advertised as “unlimited miles”. Mind you this was listed in two spots, once on the third party site and once on the booking that was emailed to me. When we arrived it was obvious this was some kind of rinky dink operation but we had already traveled for a long time. I looked over the paper and nowhere did it say we could not leave the state. The man, who was nice, listed things off like no pets, no smoking and apparently no leaving the state. My husband and I both did not hear the no leaving the state portion of his rambling. This is obviously our fault. So we went on our merry way and then returned the car. After returning I asked the guy if I needed to do anything else I was told no, only to be charged $1,000 for leaving the state. To have it no where in writing and then charge people a ridiculous amount is unbelievable, especially when it was advertised with unlimited miles. They have video and audio recordings which leads me to believe this is not the first time they have pulled a scam like this. And reading the other reviews makes me think the same. Nowhere in any of the paperwork does it mention such a fee. Overall I would say you are better off dealing with one of the big guys than this little work of a company with shady business practices. * This guys response just further proves my point of an unprofessional service they provide. Also I read the papers and saw unlimited miles listed once. My partner telling me it’s my card was because it’s a joint account 😅😂. He tried paying with the same one. Saying I was trying to get away with something is just the type of sassy ass response I would expect from these people. If I had known about the fine I would have gone with someone else. Going with this dinky service was to save money genius.
