Avoid! I visited the dealership for the second recall service on my 2022 Suzuki Hayabusa. Unfortunately, the quality of work was unacceptable—they installed a bracket upside down and stripped the bolts. I returned to have these issues corrected, but during the second visit, they damaged my handlebar by scraping off the paint, which could lead to rust over time. Additionally, I was misinformed about the lever position in relation to ergonomics. It was installed incorrectly and later adjusted, but the initial error highlights a lack of understanding. It’s clear that the service personnel are not properly trained to work on the Hayabusa, which raises serious safety concerns when it comes to brake work.
