It’s my 2nd time with bad customer service care in this branch particularly.
1st time the teller refused me to talked with the manager and the 2nd time I signed up and waited 1 hour 10min no one told me about waiting status but when I asked them they were saying wait 30 min more unknown. 1hr 10m wasted already.
SORRY! 1 star for outside ATM and 1 star for inside clean area, other than I would say it’s the bad place customer service branch.
But Golden1 itself is a good bank.

Called the main branch and set up auto-pay for my credit card. Well they lied about setting it up and have been charging me late fees. Don’t waste your time with credit here. Their online system doesn’t update CC payments in real time, so it’s impossible to tell if your card is paid off unless you check several times a day

Staff is always great but there is always a line but it goes fast at times. Can’t complain it’s close to home and have lots of fast food around here as well.
