I recently completed an educational 13-week internship at Go4jobs Construct and I can confidently say that it was a pleasant experience. From the first day I was warmly welcomed with breakfast by the team and I immediately felt at home. During my internship I learned a lot about the construction sector and the world of recruitment. Thanks to the guidance of my internship mentor Inge, I was able to develop my skills in writing vacancies, screening candidates and introducing the right candidates to clients. The practical experience I have gained has only further fueled my interest in this fascinating sector. What really made this internship special was the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. I had the opportunity to work independently and gain valuable market insights. The guidance and feedback from my colleagues were indispensable and helped me to grow as a person. In short, my internship at Go4jobs Construct was an unforgettable learning experience. I am extremely grateful to the entire team for their support, guidance and the opportunity to develop myself.
