Just another recruiter wanting to get your resume to push to a bunch of companies and try to claim their fee if you every apply to those companies. Thereby making the companies hesitate to hire you over direct applicants.

This is the second time I’ve had an opportunity to work with Gilbert Consulting. Previously, I worked with Keith Gilbert and was very happy to close a position in short order.
Jim Kozich, with whom I worked, this last opportunity, has a very unique attribute. One which is difficult to find in most placement organizations, however, I believe is instilled in all Gilbert Consulting representatives and that is communication. I never had to put effort into “chasing down” Jim, for company insight, feedback, progression, etc. Jim was always pro-active in providing to me any/all information required to move the opportunity to fruition.
One would be very fortunate to work with Gilbert Consulting and Jim in his or her career search. Thank you Jim and Keith for a job well done.
