Worst recruiting agency I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. They will refuse to share information about or contact information of the company they’re working for, will insist you do “interview prep” with random recruiters who don’t understand your job or its responsibilities, and will call you repeatedly at all hours of the day (one day I had seven calls from them, despite telling them beforehand I wouldn’t be available until the next day). They stalked my LinkedIn to find my old boss and then contacted him to ask about me without my permission. Then they lied to me about the parameters of the position I was interviewing for, hoping that I would accept a contracting position for tens of thousands less than my stated minimum salary just because I’d already gone through the hassle of interviewing already. They also refused to send me this lackluster offer until I got on the phone with them so they could ramble for 40 minutes about how they “care about my needs” and try to sleazy salesman strongarm me into taking it. Stay away. Stay far away.

I had a really concerning experience with this agency and would advise caution if considering working with them. Here are some of the reasons why: The recruiter asked me a series of questions, such as “Can you tell me what’s been happening around you?” instead of directly asking about my background. He also interrupted me multiple times and seemed more interested in my GPA than in learning about my skills and experience. The recruiter had a condescending tone, which made me feel like he wasn’t taking my job search seriously. The recruiter repeatedly asked me what I was currently doing for work, even though I had already told him that I was unemployed. He also seemed to belittle the positions I had interviewed for and assumed that I was only interested in engineering roles. When I asked the recruiter which company he was recruiting for, he refused to disclose that information and provided no details about the job posting. This lack of transparency made me suspicious of their motives. The recruiter also seemed confused about basic communication protocols, such as how long to notify me for a phone screening. Overall, my experience with this agency was extremely negative and I would recommend avoiding them. Their behavior seemed unprofessional.

This is the best contract company I have ever worked with. They found me from out of state with a local job that has been so great. Their staff will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need.
