I’ve worked at the Westland, MI location for almost 7 mouths as an operator, and I honestly don’t have any negative opinions. Aside from 1 or 2 minor payroll issues (that were expeditiously addressed and resolved), and the heat (or lack thereof), and temperatures of the plant in the current frigid temperatures (also addressed and much improved), no major problems or complaints from me. I worked in IT/ Call Center for almost 25 years and changed careers to robot/ line operator and don’t regret it at all. I’ve lost weight due to the physical aspect and also get to work alongside my husband (forklift driver). The pay is also pretty industry standard and multiple bonuses and incentives are available and have been given to me for consistent good performance. 4/5 stars imo and recommend in general. 🤓

Never ever would I thought a company like this existed in Westland Michigan smx has great office staff but vitro that company is terrible to work for. I never thought I would get a job and feel more awkward in my life. Never got any work instructions and when I did they were in Spanish. Felt out of place and didn’t feel like I was welcome just because I didn’t speak Spanish.

honestly this place treats me better than all those other miscellaneous places I worked at..seriously just be more than strong and work hard..they got good people here
