I have spent the last nearly 3 years with Fourans on and off and they have truly been a delight to work for. I have recently accepted a permanent position in my current field. I wanted to take time and thank Anil and Ajitha amongst others i cannot thank enough for all their assistance and for all their help with everything from contract questions, to payroll questions, to hiring inquires etc. I would urge anyone looking for work to put your faith in their hands. Thank you again to everyone at Fourans, you all are a class act and have been so vital to my employment.

I worked with Fourans for almost four years, and they were incredibly accommodating, supportive, and thorough from my interview to my last day. I can confidently say they were among the best employers I’ve had. Ajitha and Anil were a pleasure to work with!
For those considering applying, I highly recommend it. The main drawbacks (for me) are the lack of maternity leave and the high insurance rates, which became especially important to me after my pregnancy and the birth of my daughter. That being said, I was offered a full-time state position; otherwise, I would have continued my employment here.
Overall, I would rate Fourans a 4.5, but since I can’t give half ratings, I’ll round up! 😊

Fourans is a great company to work for. I was employed with the company for 3+ years and they were very helpful and always one call or email away. I was offered a state full time position thanks to Fourans getting my foot in the door! 10/10 I will definitely recommend!
