They don’t even deserve a star. Terrible quality. China quality at its worst trying to get a refund and they are not cooperating

Love the brand, and recently had a great experience at this particular store. From the moment I walked in the staff were friendly and welcoming – and went above and beyond to work with me to expedite some alterations I needed on a pair of pants I purchased and needed for an upcoming event. Highly recommend!

I want to share my experience with a specific Faherty location, not the brand as a whole. I’ve been a loyal customer of Faherty and have made several purchases from their online store as well as their physical stores in Nashville, Austin, San Francisco (Chestnut St.), and San Rafael. Last month, I bought two Tradewinds Linen Blend Henleys for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, I didn’t try them on before leaving as I assumed they would fit like my other shirts. However, I was wrong and found out that they were slightly too big once I wore them in my hotel room. I kept the shirts in their bag, folded them, and brought my email receipt with me when I visited the Hayes Valley location on July 11, 2023. When I arrived, the representative told me that they couldn’t accept the return as there were no tags on the shirts, and they seemed worn. However, I never wore the shirts out, I just tried them on in my hotel room and realized that they didn’t fit me well. Unfortunately, the representative didn’t believe me and refused to exchange or return the shirts. I would have been happy with store credit as an alternative. I advise others to avoid this location and instead shop at the Chestnut Street or San Rafael locations.
