I recently attempted to sign up for services at Excel Extended Care Organization. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The staff I interacted with were unprofessional and discourteous, making the enrollment process uncomfortable and challenging. Their demeanor did not reflect the compassionate and competent services that the organization claims to provide. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure a more welcoming environment for future clients.
