About 4 months ago I tried to use employment solutions to find myself a job because I had gotten fired and I really needed work asap. I had previously used this staffing agency in the past years and had decent luck. This time was different. This time I had dealt with Fabian. From the get I felt like he was rude to me. After explaining my work history to him and specifically telling him I need to make at least 22-24hr.. he says ok cool I got you. Couple weeks later I still hear nothing from Fabian. Out of the blue he calls me and tells me he has a job for me making 21hr.. after I specifically told him what wages I need to make. So I turned down the opportunity and told him I need something different more accurately close to what I need to survive. Couple days go past and he tells me he will Have nothing for me. Pretty much wasted my time. I do not like my time wasted by people. Again this is a complaint on Fabian do not set up a appointment with this guy he also Seems racist. I will never use employment solutions again. You’re better off finding your own work like I did.

Very helpful, they helped find me a better paying job that accommodates for my disabilities more than my past job did. Very friendly staff and the process was very easy and they communicate well/very quickly. All I had to do was make an appointment, talk with an advisor, and sign paperwork. Besides me going to the job interview they did all the work which will be life changing for me since I was on the verge of dropping out of school/being homeless
