I come to this studio all the time and am usually on time if not early. Today was the first time I’ve had an instructor be rude and deny me entry. I was a bit late, so I understand, however not only did Devon say I couldn’t come in, she did it in the rudest voice and way that you could, motioning for me to go out the door. It was embarrassing and I was shocked because normally the other instructors are so nice (Steph, Jeena and KD are all SO sweet).
It’s one thing to be a good instructor and another to be a nice person, customer service and hospitality is still a part of your job (something this instructor clearly doesn’t understand).

I absolutely love the Lagree Elevate class! I attend every single day and have an unlimited membership. I initially signed up for the first month at a special price and was instantly hooked. The workouts are challenging yet rewarding, and I feel stronger and more energized after each session. Joining this studio has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my fitness journey. I discovered Elevate Training 3 months ago and haven’t been happier or felt stronger. Their app makes scheduling workouts/membership plans a breeze, and the instructors are so sweet and encouraging! Shout out to Emily and Katie for making my workouts more enjoyable!
