From the first time that I met Melissa over an impromptu poker game with friends until the time I had the opportunity to work with Alexandra for placement, I’ve had great experiences with Elev8.
Melissa (Founder, CEO) has such a fun loving and down to earth spirit. I was excited to see that same spirit carry over to the professional interactions with her company as well.
Not only did they share exciting opportunities, they were incredibly responsive and easy to work with.
Post placement the follow up and relationship nurturing were awesome as well.

Usually my experiences with recruiters have been poor to fair, and most recruiters only care about placing you into a position as fast as possible without repercussions. However, Race and Taylor from Elev8 have been phenomenal. They have been extremely professional, assisted in prep, and genuinely cared where I ended up. 10/10 would recommend Elev8. Even when candidates passed or were not a good fit, they will find other potential job placements where both their clients and you are happy.
