Job Brief
As an Elementary Learning Support Aide, you will assist classroom teachers in facilitating educational programs for preschool, elementary, middle, and secondary school students. This role involves supporting the design and implementation of instructional activities, promoting student engagement, and fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering effective instructional lessons and activities.
- Assist in preparing educational materials and classroom resources.

- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom environment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or coursework in education preferred.
- Previous experience in an educational setting, particularly with children, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and other staff members.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and educational best practices.
- Basic proficiency in technology and educational software.
