Job Brief
We are seeking a skilled Dough Maker to join our culinary team. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Dough Maker or in a similar baking role in a commercial kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain high standards of quality.
- Familiarity with operating various baking equipment and tools.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional baked goods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
