No doubt, the experienced instructors helped me refresh and relearn what I had forgotten. However, I had one instructor who was quite impatient and somewhat belittled me when I was slower to follow the instructions. Granted, the lesson being taught at that point was fairly straightforward, but I had a long week of travel the day before the morning refresher, which likely made me a bit off and slower to pick up on things.
I would have honestly given 5 stars because I learned a lot, especially with my other instructor, who was older, patient and kind. However, the way I was treated by the younger instructor in front of everyone made me feel like I was back in primary school. As an instructor, I strongly encourage you to be more patient and empathetic with your students in the future. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I just did my refresher course with DB. It was one of my best experience with a dive centre. Friendly staff and most importantly my instructor Aliff is professional and friendly too! I’ll definitely go back to checkout their diving packages.
