Awful. Timesheets and paycor don’t line up. Timesheets I have put in aren’t there anymore. I still have not gotten paid. I am continuously told they will talk to paycor but then nothing is ever resolved. I have asked to talk to someone else above the woman that always talks to me and I am never redirected or told how to get ahold of someone. I have asked twice. Communication between DDS and the office I was temping at was minimal. The office did not even know I was coming. my biggest issue is that I am not being paid. This is being escalated currently. Do not work with them. This is nice concept. I’m not sure if the reviews are paid reviews or I simply have had bad luck. Either way, I’d say don’t chance it.

I love being a temporary dental assistant with Dental Dynamic Staffing. It allows me to utilize my skills, as well as learn new ones wherever I go. If you are interested in a permanent placement, you have the opportunity to view the office and their practice to see if it is a good fit for you before any commitment. The flexibility of the scheduling is my priority; being able to accept or decline an assignment if I choose, based on my availability. The pay scale is very appropriate based on your experience level. I have met many interesting people and practices, and look forward to assisting them with their staffing needs in the future.

I have had the pleasure of working with Dental Dynamic Staffing for the past 4 years. The staff is professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. They keep you updated with offices that are in need of help and they will find a permanent office for you if that is your goal.
