Really, really unprofessional and incompetent. Don’t waste your time with them. They’ll call you with “new roles”, then don’t respond when you send in application materials, and never follow up with you ever again on the position.
Plenty of good recruiter companies in the Boston area, like Creative Circle, skip “Cove”.

Unprofessional. Cancelled an interview five minutes prior to the scheduled date and did not schedule a future date for an interview, just the empty promise of “we’ll keep you in mind for future opportunities”. Avoid if possible.
