I worked here for more than 3 years at Chennai Branch. I must tell you this is the best company for learning HR specially TA. It has scientific methods of working and has process for all the activities. I had to leave because of marriage but I still look forward to work for them. There are some negative people in every company who are losers and non performers. Don’t pay any importance to them. Thanks Cooper Lybranth.

Nothing is good about this consultancy the work culture is so pathetic yes it’s a not company it’s a consultancy, specially the seniors didn’t guide properly, they think they hire slave and the seniors treat you like an animal and they think they are the boss of the consultancy.They will discriminate on the basis of colour,state , religion even the work culture is so pressurising and they also not provide you the experience certificate,many employees leave the organisation because of this .So plz think about it twice before join and one thing I would like to tell you in company profile they showed they have big building ,but it’s not like that they have only one room .
