I called the Woodlands corporation because a tree outside. My property fell onto my fence. There are also two huge limbs hanging off the tree ready to fall. My guess is they weigh thousands of pounds each. In other words, they are widowmakers. I called the Woodlands corporation. They were very very nice asking me my address asking me exactly where the tree was, etc. when I told them it was in the easement between my house and the neighbors house, or the green belt, They told me it was the responsibility of the Howard Hughes corporation. Or the Woodlands development corporation. I called them and they wouldn’t even discuss it with me. They didn’t care where I lived. They didn’t care where the tree was. They just said they weren’t responsible for trees. They said the woodlands corporation was responsible for all trees. I tried to discuss it with the lady telling her that she needed to call Woodlands corporation and work this out. She said they’ve been inundated with calls today after yesterday‘s storm. I said that’s even more evidence that you need to work this out with a Woodlands corporation because they are directing me to call you . She didn’t care she just said call the Woodlands corporation. There was no effort whatsoever on the part of the representative from the Howard Hughes corporation to have any decency or customer focus whatsoever. She just wanted to pass the buck. And she was being completely illogical. She told me that she was inundated with calls from people directed to call her by the Woodlands corporation , yet she could not understand the fact that she should be calling the Woodlands corporation and resolving this misunderstanding. I would never do business with us cooperation just based on the lack of customer service and focus.

This is directed to the corporation regarding Creekside The Residences located at 26700 Kuykendahl Road. I tried to work with the property management with no answers, no resolution and no lease renewal requested in October. My renewal is mid December. I am dealing with 2 major issues. 1) I was charged for 7000 gallons of water costing me $102. When I asked about the charges, everyone agreed it is not possible for me living in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment to consume that much water. My water bill started fluctuating May. For the last 4 months charges have skyrocketed to impossible amounts for consumptions. When asked for answers as to why, no one has been able to give me any. They sent me to the MUD district that sent me back. They sent me to Conservice, the company that submits the charges. I have asked to see exactly what water consumption I was charged for. Katie, Property Manager, offered a 1 time credit of half the amount to $52. This does not address the past months nor is it a satisfactory solution because I have been over charged for months with no proper record of consumption. They have not provided me with any documentation to support the charges nor do they seem to be investigating the matter but simply giving up on finding one. I have asked neighbours with 2 bedroom apartments and 2-3 tenants and their water bill is approximately $38. Something is very wrong here. 2)They have not renewed my lease after I requested it without the guarantor. I have provided all paper work they requested as proof of income and I have still not received a renewed lease. It is now 2nd of December and I still do not have an amount nor a lease to sign. Penalties for late payment are charged on the 3rd. How is this ok? I hope the corporation steps in. The management has not been able to solve the problems they face nor is their attentiveness to the needs of the tenants being addressed improving.

Prime rib was raw and they actually watered down the ranch salad dressing… seriously just look at the pool in the bottom of the bowl. The service in the saloon was a disaster and I lost 18 mintues of my life that I’ll never get back, waiting for the bill. It’s been a while since we’ve had such a disaster of a dining experience. Will not be returning.
