I have been seeing Dr. Laycock here for years. About 5 years ago we moved 45 minutes away and I still make the drive. It’s totally worth it for the care you receive. Even when Dr. Laycock isn’t available, I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the other practitioners.

I’ve been going to this office for well over 5 years now and I haven’t had a single bad experience. The nurses are so kind and I trust them with anything. I used to be scared to get my blood drawn, but last time I had it done here, I didn’t feel a thing!! Dr. Lori Laycock is my go-to.

Staff and doctors are great but NW corporate is ruining this operation.
It is IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THE OFFICE DIRECTLY. They only provide some bs general call center number on their website.
I took my 8year old there and they Diagnosed her with strep. Put a script into the CVS and said to pick it up on the way home so she could take 2 doses before the end of the day.
I went to cvs about 15 mins after we left the office and they had nothing on it. I called NW customer service and waited 10 mins on hold and gave up because my daughter was miserable. Also all the paperwork they gave me was not good enough to show proof of prescription.
I finally opted to have them call me back which they did in another 10 mins and then the call center rep’s solution was to send a note to the office about the issue.
Un flipping real.
Why have 1 call center to handle all issues ??!! Might as well outsource it to India next to save another nickel. Clown show.
