OVERALL a smart, efficient mailbox at a very fair price. Good business, good people running it. Highly recommend. Convenient for someone like me who moves around more than most & needs a safe place to receive mail during business hours. I am so happy with the service, and thankful for the owner so diligently receiving and recording my mail. The owner, Anthony (? I think), provides a portal where you can see all the mail that’s come in, so if you’re anxious about a package you can get that peace of mind through the scanned image of the envelope or box. If you need to, you can authorize him to open and scan your mail for you; but I live close enough so I just drop by on Sunday morning to pick everything up. He’s a nice guy, he can be stern, but I think that’s a good quality in his type of work. Even when I screw up the address on a package he somehow manages to pull some Fedex magic behind the scenes and get my package rerouted. Maybe he didn’t do that — but I have assigned him the credit regardless. I do wish the hours were little bit later in the evening but honestly I’m also done at 5pm. I get it. See ya later! I have to share that so far this has been the most cost efficient digital mailbox rental I’ve found, not to mention that their management system is easy and very trustworthy. I’m able to run my business with confidence and affordability at the same time. Also , the physical place it self has a great environment a very friendly staff, specially Anthony who is always smiling and in a warming welcoming mood. Highly recommended for business owners looking for a place to link their business address to.

This is a great virtual mailbox, especially for when you travel or go out of town or want it for a separate business address. Anthony’s rates are very reasonable especially because includes scanning. The online portal he uses for customers is helpful. The main drawback is that it is very hard to park near his location, for when you do pick up your mail and packages. Anthony does offer to run out and give it to you if you double park however. Another suggestion would be to add access with an outside key to your mail after hours. I have had other mailboxes that offer that feature and it is a great one.
