Melissa has a profound knowledge of what to consider in a career move. I had concerns about my motivation and self doubt about a new position. She took me back to the core values I discovered I had in her Values Workshop and saw that where I was didn’t match those values and the new company did. I can start my new position confident that this is the right move for me and without the concerns I had in leaving my previous position. I can’t recommend her enough as a coach, career or otherwise.
