We have loved working with Emily and Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency. Emily has successfully placed both a nanny as well as a housekeeper with our family, and also has provided additional sitters as needed. Emily is exceptionally courteous and professional and her service provided our family with wonderful candidates. Her follow-up was exceptional and I believe she provided all pertinent information necessary for our family to make the right choice about a nanny. Emily and her team were instrumental in helping us find a nanny to care for our son when we were in a pinch. She was very thoughtful and helped us through the search process. The pre-screening and background checks that they did helped put our minds at ease and the quality of candidates was really impressive and unlike anything we were capable of finding on our own. Ultimately we were able to hire a wonderful nanny that has become an integral and loved part of our family and someone we couldn’t live without.
