I completed a phone assessment with CareerSource Escarosa with Ms. Dixon. She was kind, courteous, and walked me through the entire process. I was nervous going into the phone call because I didn’t know what to expect or if I had everything I needed. The call was quick and easy, and I felt positive and hopeful about my job search once I got off the phone. I appreciate the personalized time and care that Ms. Dixon showed me to assist me in my job search and to explain the process and the resources available to me!

I am U.S. Navy veteran who was treated with respect and dignity at this location. The three ladies who were working at the time between 1pm and 3pm were very attentive and compassionate to everyone who came for assistance, whether for unemployment and dcf inquiries and applications they just took the time to show others how to use the office equipment without antagonizing the patrons. Neither one of these three ladies failed to say to anyone, “hi/good afternoon, how may I help you”. It is very encouraging and motivating to have people to lift you up when you are at your worst. This was at the Milton location. Blessings
