My experience with Callbox has been great so far. We connected with this company as we needed support to expand our sales operations and increase our approach with our clients. Callbox provides outbound channel support which can help companies to maximize and increase sales opportunities. They provide lead generation services and make sure they use the best outbound channel to connect with your clients. Their customer service is great!

Lu’s presentation skills are very good, we are however not convinced that the offered third party lead generating campaign is capable to build up new customer relations for us on our behalf. We are not convinced that this personal part of the business development can in general be delegated to a third party.

My Callbox experience was pleasant initially but it turned sour during our last campaign. I’m not sure what happened but their performance and responsiveness dropped drastically and rapidly. Every time we would follow up with them, there were apologies and improved performance for a week or two but they would then become unresponsive once again. It has been over 18 months and our campaign still has not been delivered as promised and contracted. I have written many e-mails and called but no one responds any more. We are considering taking legal action and going to the better business bureau. Callbox representatives, please call me if you would like to discuss.
