They were very helpful on the front end of the project from helping create the budget, painting a clear picture of the building process, providing tons of information on each stage of construction, helping to find qualified trades and assisting with any questions. Throughout construction Patrick was a valuable resource to call and bounce ideas off of, consult on how to handle issues, or to get a second opinion.
