I have to express gratitude to New Level Staffing! They are a temp agency that places individuals with jobs that would fit within their resumes or respective roles. I was match with a company where I can apply my prior experience to succeed. It was new territory however I was thrilled for the opportunity. The application process completed under 30 mins in office. I began my temp position with a minimum required hours before qualifying for possibly a permanent one. I personally chose full time so within 3 month I have that opportunity to accept or decline. New level staff Shanae and Emily has made things so simple + comfortable for me. Ensured I knew every detail beforehand. As of today, I am permanent at the job New Level matched me with. On completion of my hours as a temp, Emily at New Level made the commute joining me through the transition with a parting gift. I felt seen. It showed how personable the agency treat their employees. Emily, again… thank you! That moment of appreciation meant a lot.

Very professional Women in the office that constantly go out of their way to make sure that their employees and clients are satisfied in every way. This company gave me a position that is now my career and I’m thriving. I am more than grateful for New Level Staffing. Great team.

New level staffing is not a good company to work for, they tell you 1 thing and do another.. They were suppose to have my check on Friday but because of bad weather they said my check was held up by FedEx, when I talked to the company they said I could come and pick it up when I got.off at 4p.. And when it comes to the work they have different pay for the same job..
