I usually book my flights online, but I visited the Emirates office for the first time, and it was such a great experience! The staff were super friendly, especially the girl who helped me – she was funny and sweet. I even stayed a while after booking, chatting with her about the city I’m travelling to. I just hope the 5A branch opens soon since it’s closer to me!

It’s a great place inside, feels very luxurious and organized, however I was very dismayed that they closed all their offices and made us come all the way to this location

The new Emirates Office at Water Way is amazing, prime location, well decorated, and very welcoming and well trained staff. I went first to the old location, but it was closed, and I was directed to the new lovely location.
