So far I have had a horrible experience with VISTA, apparently they have a contract with healthcare systems such as NAPA to provide staffing and is claiming that if they clear your name for a presentation, it cannot be retracted (even if no contract was signed, no job was obtained, and that you are forced to work through them). I would be very careful with this company, if this is industry normal, we need a new industry. Prior to this, it was my understanding that the exclusivity only applies after they have gotten you a job and you signing the independent contractors agreement.

very unpleasant experience…. 1 star rating is above what they deserve in my opinion. I advise every physician not to contract with VISTA staffing solutions. They lack professionalism. They do not pay you as they promise. They deduct from your compensation without telling you.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR I WAS SUBJECTED TO: I was coerced into signing a contract with VISTA Staffing solution, I was given misleading information that they would provide me with adequate housing. I told them I needed more time to get housing and childcare organized on the ground and they said they would provide me with a car and transportation to do that. When I get there they completely pulled a bait and switch on me and actually told me to leave the assignment. Once I got home they sent me a bill saying that I owed them money since I did not complete the assignment. I am a physician who has devoted so many personal sacrifices to complete my career, I never imagined being treated this way.
